RATE INCLUDING: water, eletricity, final cleaning except for the kitchenware, linen and towels, 15% of discount except for drinks in Villa Nottola restaurant (Tuesday day off), swimming pool from 15 May to 15 September. We haven't clothes washing machine.
RATE DOESN'T INCLUDING: heating, change of linen and towels, daily cleaning, swimming pool towels, meal.

| How make a reservation: by fax, mail or telephone ( office time from 9,00 am to 12,30 a.m. and from 3,30 p.m. to 7 p.m.)

| CANCELLATION POLICY : Till 30 days before check in free cancellation from 29 days before the check in to check in time penality is one night for deluxe rooms and suites and the 50% of the total ammount for the apartments.
